Comes from the province of Gansu. (In the North) The style has seven forms with a lot of eagle and snake influence… as well as the ever-prominent long armed ape.

The names of the forms are:

ShiLu Tan Tui (10 roads of spring leg)
Xiao Lian Huan Quan (Small linking fist)
Da Lian Huan Quan (Big Linking fist)
Chai Quan (Opening Fist)
Mo Mian Quan ( Face Wiping Fist)
Qing Long Quan (Green Dragon Fist)
Fei Hu Quan (Flying Tiger Fist)

Numerous short two man resistance forms
like the 10 roads of capture and holds etc…

Weapon Forms: Double Daggers, Rope Dart, Chain whip, Staff, Saber and Two-handed saber.
