had some extra time lately so i shot a couple of clips.

i'm not that happy with the form clip. i even make a mistake or two, i guess i'm a little rusty. maybe tomorrow i'll ry and do it properly.

In the 'greater flow', shouldn't your 'tiger mouth' be more open and roundish?

That way the chi will extend up the arm more readily.

Later on in the 'fist form' perhaps you should look into the distance; this will help with "projection"

Nice Ashe. Thanks for posting the clips of yourself.
You might want to bring your head up a little. Looks like you are working hard on relaxing, (oxymoron) but sometimes this causes our head to lead forward a bit.

No, he was trying to maintain the 'feeling' in his arms by looking, concentrating on them; looking up or into the distance may lose the feeling for him and thus reverts to being a pure physical excerzise and becomes 'external' again.

This was what I meant in another Thread that you need only to see one movement and not the whole Form.

the problem is mostly that my mind is somewhat on the camera and not 100% on what i'm doing.
