Shan Tao

I have been looking at several different MA schools. These include; TKD, Kempo, Judo, Ving Tsun Kung Fu, and Shan Tao Kung Fu. After attending a class at each, the Shan Tao school seems to offer quite a bit of information and has a really good instructor. They cover NeiGong, ChiGong, nutrion, and of course Kung Fu. I have never heard of this type of Kung Fu, and was wondering if anyone has had experience with this.
