looking for youthfist instructional poster

Many years ago, there was an instructional set of posters that had a beginning kung-fu form called the "youthfist."

Youthfist #1 was the solo form, and #2 was the two-man version of the form.

does anyone have any idea if this poster is still available, or for sale?

Is there another source for the youthfist form-video/DVD?
