that was kinda cool i was just dissapointed that it didnt have any applications besides just playing sticky hands like wing chun.

That sticky hand messing around is just a bastardised lop sau cylce from Wing Chun - it is not a Crane drill.

We do not practice a lot of applications - we are mainly form and conditioning driven.
