Aha-Erlebnis - 03/30/10 06:36 AM
Recently I had an "Aha-Erlebnis" (German for: aha-experience).
My kata were kind of dead. I had some ideas about applicating the motions etc. but after some reading and seeing (for instance Vince Morris, Dr. Schmeissers rules in Rob Redmonds book on Kata), I got a slightly different view on things. The "Aha-Erlebnis".
I feel a big difference in the execution of the kata.
Hopefully I can keep that feeling.
