This has six parts to it. Very cool stuff. dunno if it has been posted before. I do not study Goju, but it has always interested me very much.

I did not watch all of it but part 2 it looks like he is doing Hangetsu. It is so exciting to see a different variation of the kate. I actually like that version better then the shotokan version. in the shotokan version it is much slower in parts with a lot of slow breathing. thanks for sharing and i will watch all of it later

This was awesome to watch (Part 1, haven't seen part 2). It looks VERY familiar, LOL. I can do all of those katas. There are only a few small differences compared to what I do! And I do mean small. I think the biggest difference would be that we try to make the hand movements stop exactly when the feet stop in some moves. I really liked the part with the opponent simulated the ememy as he did the kata... Very cool! Awesome post! 40 years old and still taught the same! This made my day!
