kata

Have begun training in the Goju ryu style. Would like to find some kata's to download to CD so I can practice at home as well as in the Dojo. (Hopefully free download)
Can anyone give me some direction?

Welcome to the forums biff. Have a look in the kata forum,there's lots of vids on the web.

Hello Biff,

Consider asking your classmates & instructors too . There are thousands of videos out there which you probably don't want to copy/practice because your senior students, teachers consider them atrocious, badly done.

You'll only know if you ask them which is which...
