1st Krav Maga Clas

Hello~! I've been lurking here for a couple of days looking for info on Krav and just registered for my first class tomorrow night. Any suggestions or ideas on what I should expect? Thanks for the info!

You should expect to sweat. It should be a great work and you should have alot of fun. Let us know how your class goes.

Thanks! The more research I do and the more I hear about Krav Maga the more excited I get about tonight. A guy from a different message board told to be ready to get addicted to training.

Had my first class today, what a hoot! Seems like a great workout, and I look forward to doing more! And for once, I'm not the oldest one in class
