Recommend Haganah to a Beginner? - 03/07/06 04:46 PM

Would you guys recommend that someone without martial arts background take Haganah? Would it be effective in an actual fight or a waste of time? Thanks.

What ever system works for you, is the right system.

Is Haganah good? Yes, and so is Krav and at least two other systems I can think of.

I would go watch a class, and take a free class if it is available. I would also check out more than one school, as well as more than one system. See if there are Krav, Haganah and other systems taught in your area.

Thanks...I checked out a Haganah class and it looked good. I see that you're in Chester County...have you heard of Sean McCormick? He's the instructor that I observed.
