Hey cool another KM forum! KM has come to RI and is alive and well! I know many of the more traditional Martial Arts guys look down their noses at it but as far as I'm concerned it's just right. Kata's are cool but I'm interested in learning how to ground and pound and in staying in shape and KM mixed in with a little grappling does it for me!

I completely agree! I have a TKD background which has helped with KM and I'm also investigating BJJ for ground stuff.
