Hi I'm a newcomer to martial arts and I would like to know if this website could be a good starter for it

maybe as a reference, but if you expect to learn from these video's prepare to fail when it counts. do you have an instructor? or are you going to classes? if you are, then stick with that and just watch this stuff as a pass time. video's will teach you jack all.

The answer to your question is NO! A good starter, the only real starter, is to start taking classes.
