I need to know and learn everything i can about these two things. The first thing being: can they be used in a real battle or maybe a tournament.

Any sites, advice, or any type of info would be appreciated.

the only thing i dont wanna know about them is their history :P i just wanna learn how to do them and also how to practise them.

Thanks!

well i only asked him about sticky hands fr now ... and what i got from his info is that basically it is a way to use the opponents weight and force against them. And a small part of it is to not seperate, the body part being used as the sticky from your opponent. Unless if u have to punch.

For example: In Brizilian Jujitsu when u are in ur guard or ur opponent has broken ur guard and are sitting on ur chest pounding you, in this situation u place ur wrist on their forearm (where the elbow is) and u can protect urself from being punched. U can punch ur opponent at the point when u stop their punch from reaching u.

Im srry if some of that didnt make sense :P my english aint that great :P :P :P :P

Oh and i havent asked him about shallow breathing yet.
