Last week I got a DVD from a friend of mine. It showed some techniques. They were shown by Paul Vunak... He is known for his "JKD" experience and classes. Is this guy for real?...

I like the vids of Bas Rutten better ;-) more suitable for my job... Efficient, economical and quick. The more when I combine my MA disciplines...
