Martial arts : something for autodidactic people? - 03/31/05 05:50 PM
Hi, Im new here and have taken considerable interest in several fighting arts.
I'm doing western boxing, and have taken a couple of Tae Kwan do classes, but i'd really to get to Jeet kune do.
Unfortunatly, for a variety of reasons, I can't for now go to a JKD/Martial arts school and will probably be in that situation for quite some times. However,
I found some internet sources on how to kick/punch and wondered If I could just temporarly self-train alone or with a buddy? Do you think that would actually help?
thanks in advance.
