Well, it's not exactly different martial arts put together. But it is great for beginners and experts.

Id say its a good choice, BNot because of different arts it takes from, but the fact that it promotes personal freedom, and that the art is molded around the student, and not the other way around

JKD is good for anyone with a dedicated mindset, and willingness to put in the hardwork at refining your tools. What area are you in? Maybe we can start in looking for a good jkd school in your area.
