weight training - 01/26/05 04:35 PM

dudes,
I recently have found that i require to lift weight in order to get cut like Bruce Lee and as I have the same size, shape and muscle bulking style this makes this very much more possible. I dont wish to lose any kind of speed so can I add the cutiness and not the bulk??? Is only lifting small weights in many repitions and with speed the answer?? I have dumbells and a bench to please advise in this manner? In terms of forarms, shoulders and back..... do wrist weights used while speed punching tone u in the right way? PLease advise...

Small weights with lots of reps. Also try buildup reps and teardown reps.
