JKD MEANT TO CONFUSE

BRUCE LEE MADE UP JKD SO EVERYONE COULD ARGUE OVER IT AND IT WOULD REMAIN MYSTERIOUS.

Jeet Kune do is not complicated. Absorb whats useful reject whats useless that is not a confusing principle. Jeet kune do is a very very simple principle.

in my opinion, i wouldnt go and learn how to use jkd, all bruce lee did was take some good stuff there some good stuff there, and tryed to put them together, which i mean is a great idea....if it would have been done a few centuries ago. I mean, it had only about 10 years to evolve and start getting its name and reputation up, then he dies, so this isnt such an art if u ask me in my opinion, but some others may think different which is also just fine.

JKD is not a art it was just Bruce Lees interpertation of Martial Art and fighting but the philosophies are sound and are very helpful. I guess its just how you view it. Bruce Lee wrote on JKD making it clear in his words that Jeet Kune Do is not a art.
