I was thinking... Wouldn't it be more beneficial to train at different times and at different lengths each day? Let's say, on Monday, you train at 3:00 P.M. and finish at 5:00 P.M., then on Tuesday you train at 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M.

I figured this could keep your body from being used to a constant routine of training the same amount of time at the same time each day.

you might have something in theory, but finding people who are flexible enough to do it (i.e. they don't have jobs) and who have the money to pay for class would be another thing

Not a bad idea, but impractical in the real world. Job, family, friends, etc.
