I was thinking... Wouldn't it be more beneficial to train at different times and at different lengths each day? Let's say, on Monday, you train at 3:00 P.M. and finish at 5:00 P.M., then on Tuesday you train at 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M.
I figured this could keep your body from being used to a constant routine of training the same amount of time at the same time each day.
