when i spar i use a lot of leg kicks and push kicks. right now my roundhouse sucks poop.

i mostly use leg kicks but its good to throw in a head kick every now and then e.g left jab, right then a head kick
i also think you should see what works 4 u..

I use Roundhouses to the sides and to the head. Sometimes, I'll knock their guard out of the way with a Hook kick, and go back for a Roundhouse to the ribs or head. I do this usually only when I need an edge against my opponent--especially when they're a higher ranking black belt.
Kicks I use...
Roundhouse, hook, front, and combinations; as many as five alternating combinations before I start to lose balance.
