Starting P90X

Hi everyone,

I know this topic has been discussed before. But I need a bit of help. I've acquired the 12 set of CD's however, I don't know in what order to use them. I know there have been several people out there who has tried or completed this program. If you could please post 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. month exercise routines it would be extremely helpful to me.

Beginning with the first month m-f. What videos on what days should I do?

Second Month?

Third Month?

I am eager-ed to try this system but I want to start on the right routine. Any input would be helpful especially if you could answer my three above questions. Thanks

P.S. BrianS, if your out there could you chime in on this please? I know you've completed the 90 days.

Hey Tek,

I haven't done the routine but I do work with a few guys that have. From my understanding you can do the workouts any way you desire. I think the routine that comes with it is just a guideline. I had asked a buddy of mine what happens after the 90 days? And like I said you either start over or mix up the DVD workouts....

I was under the impression that the routines increase as the months go bye. I just would really like to hear someones exercise routines which DVD's they did and on what month and days.
