when i do skull crushers i feel pressure on my right elbow. i know i have the correct form, it doesn't hurt or anything, i am wondering if this is a big deal? it has always been like this every since i hit my eblow (which was about a year ago), it is perfectly fine now and i can do other exercises fine without feeling pressure like benchpress and overhead dumbell press, so i am wondering is this anything to be concerned about

Aren't certain tricep extentions bad for you i.e. skull crushers and overhead extentions? I heard that these exercises tear away at your tendons and just cause problems later. Tricep exercises that don't: close grip bench press, kickbacks, dips
Is this correct?

I know overhead extentions and press downs give me alot more join pain than the other exercises you listed, but they also seem to give me the best results. As far as tearig tenons I dont know
