i box and just started doing BJJ and am joining my wrestling team this year. i am 16 and a junior in HS i am 6ft1 and 155 pds.

4 rope
3x weighted decline abs with twist
2x neck rolls

1 bowl wholewheat pasta with parmasean cheese and tomato sauce.

75 mins for 8 rounds? What is the length and structure of those rounds, and how much rest time are you giving yourself?

the structuring of those ounds is 3min with 1 min rest. then i swithc up on speed bag and rop with 3 min with 30 sec rest

45 mion of drills which is running/footwork, rolls and cartwheels etc carrying people
30 min learning new techiniques
rest= live wrestling

today
8 hours of sleep
7: 3 eggs and one piece of whole grain bread with cream cheese
11:30 Pizza and milk(i forgot to bring lunch so had to buy school lunch)
4 15 sandwhich

Is that everything you eat all day? I can't stress the need for more food especially fruit and veg.

Where are the snacks? You will need them if you want to have energy and keep your metabolism fired up.

Your diet does not suited towards being a healthy, energetic sportsperson. There is no way that you will be able to train and develop to your full potential with such a restrictive diet.

Danny, I notice that you are resting only 1 day in every 10. That is putting you at risk of overtraining, especially seeing as how you are eating remarkably little. There is a difference between motivated hard work and grinding yourself into the dirt. You may be feeling like bruce lee right now, but remember, he only made it to 32

Also, whilst you are obviously spending a lot of time in classes, your conditioning work is lacking. A bit of ab work and bag work in your own time is not going to help you increase your physical abilities, and is unecessary re-visiting of activity you have already got covered in class.

No, I am saying that the conditioning work you are doing is not the most efficient nor effective for what you are trying to achieve. If anything, you should be working less, not more, than your current schedule dictates.
