Drop the Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday routine and add some weight training. You might also consider working combinations on the bag rather than just individual strikes.

How old are you? This looks like something I would have done when I was around 16.

I'm 14. And it's not an extremely difficult work out for me...I'm going to start more intense training in a few weeks. I took a break from training for the holidays, so I could spend more time with family, and I'm easing back in. I increase the amount of drills and everything significantly every week.

I do work combinations; the number of strikes I indicated was just an approximation of how many I do within the combinations.

And thanks; I will add weight training.
