dont under estimate - 03/10/06 09:23 PM

ok so yesterday i was sparring and this guy i have known for a long time was going to spar me and i know he isnt so good so i go easy on ehim but i went to easy to late before i knew it i was on the ground (im very poor at grapples) and he was on top of me in supoier postition...luckly i turned it around (to save my confidence...j/klol)and got him over and rolled away and quickly strike him off... the point i should have not taken him so lightly for I never seen him spar before... lol
I felt owned
i just wish he would show this confidence when he did techniques in practice...

My martial art i am speaking of is all self defense it is fairly new its called kindai bujitsu created by grandmaster Brian welcher. The rules are light contact no gear...No eye gudging. it reminds me of ufc but less brutel and more agressive if you get my meaning no hesitating as much. Oh and it was created in 1991 in Canada nova scotia lower sackville (outside halifax)

I've noticed how Chuck Lidell likes light contact and isn't aggressive at all too.

Have fun training James.
