Topics: Strike adsorption and Systema striking methods. – Learn to maximize the structure of your body to adsorb strikes. Learn to identify and conquer the fear of being struck so that you can shrug off your attacker then unleash a devastating counter attack. Systema strikes are renowned for penetrating deep into the body, crushing the attackers will to fight. This workshop will introduce each attendee to the method of learning to deliver powerful strikes that are difficult for your opponent to see or avoid.

Come on down. You have commented several times about the workshops, hopefully this will be the one you can attend. Although the topic will make this a difficult one as there will be a large amount of contact and other drills that take folks out of their comfort zone. While the method of training is generally different than what most folks expect it leads to fast learning and understanding.
