Weigh in and last chance registrations:
Friday Aug 10th 5-8 PM (All Divisions)
Saturday Aug 11th 7-8:30 AM (All Divisions)
Saturday Aug 11th -9-11 AM (Men's Division Only)

Tournament Time Line:

10:30 - 1:00 PM: Youth and Women Division
(Rookie-Under 8 yrs in 2 weights; Novice- 8-10 yrs in 5 weights; Cadet- 11-13 yrs in 5 weighs; Juniors - 14 -17/ 3 skill levels in 8 weights; Women-2-3 Weights)
1:00 - 3:00 PM: Men's Beginner Division (9 weight classes)
3:00 - 5:00 PM: Men's Intermediate Division (9 weight classes)
5:00 - 7:00 PM: Men's Advanced Division/ USA WAMAI National Championship Belts to be awarded. (9 weight classes)

BodyStrikes, Takedowns and Submissions allowed. Saftey and Sportsmanship will be strictly enforced.
Mouthpiece and cup required for all competitors. Bring your own gloves or borrow ours.
