over 16s only please
Instructors leading training are,
Jim Neeter- Tegumi (Okinawan Wrestling)
Gav King - Practical Pressure Points
John King - Practical Knife Defence
(1 hour ish each)
Cost £7.50 each to include some nibbles
all go for a drink/eats afterwards
train in what you want
any experience level welcome, all martial artists welcome
