Sifu Kwong Wing Lam will conduct a two-day Shaolin Nine Province Eyebrow Height Staff seminar on March 23rd& 24th, 2002 in Manhattan.
Staff training, once a battlefield skill, offers benefits to rival the best modern day workout. This hands-on workshop will cover: Warm-ups, Grips, Basic Manipulations, Stancework, Strikes, Blocks, Applications to Self-Defence, and Complete Form.
Class size is limited to 25, pre-registration recommended.
