I know it is not totally martial arts based, but it is still interesting to watch. Many of the concepts are MA based, but the people do not need to have actual MA training. I enjoy watching it. If you have not seen it, it is on G4TV on cable/dish.

Then again, I'm a big MXC fan too.

Yeah, I have seen that show a few times. I enjoy it,as it appears to be real tough to get through the courses they set.

haha I love that show...you know how everybody has a "trademark"?
last night they showed one where the guy removed his pants (he had shorts underneath) but they wouldnt go over his shoes and he never got them off, tried racing with his pants around his ankles...lol

I think I could do stage one, possibly stage two with lots of up front training. Stages three and four, you gotta be F'in kidding me, right???? OMG, how is anyone supposed to do that crap! Only one person has ever completed the entire challenge and he has tried again four times and failed each time.
