Zen Kobudo: Mysteries of Okinawan Weaponry and Te - 03/22/07 12:46 PM

Has anyone read 'Zen Kobudo: Mysteries of Okinawan Weaponry and Te' by Mark Bishop?

He mentions this book in the reviewed Okinawan Karate: Teachers, Styles and Secret Techniques.

I wondered if it was interesting. I enjoy(ed) Okinawan Karate. And in that book he also writes about kobudo and te.
Does Zen Kobudo add or is it more a repetition?

Ed,

IMO, its a bit of a disapointement after his earlier work. It is what he says it is.

How accurate are his observations is always the issue.
