'The Meanings of Forms & Kata ADULT LEVEL' - 01/18/07 08:11 AM

Has anyone got this book available through fighting arts, I have sent a few mails without reply asking a few questions, the main one is:>

* Is the book Style specific, I train in Wado Ryu Karate, amongst other non related arts, so certain 'Shotokan' or 'Shitoryu' tactics wouldn't be used specifically by myself?

Can Anyone help?

Got the book and already read too, excellent read. I would recommend it to those pepole who want to take appart the Kata and rebuild them, If you just want to 'perform' them in competitions - its not the book for you
