Secrets of Effective Offense - 01/23/06 03:35 AM
Has anybody read this recent book by Marc McYoung?
I have two of his books: "Taking it to the Street", which I liked a lot; and "Fists, Wits and a Wicked Right", which I didn't like so much.
What I would like to know is how much overlap there is between "Taking it to the Street" and this new book "Secrets of Effective Offense". Technique-wise, the former is very much focussed on blocking and takedowns, and I'm thinking that the latter could be a good companion work to it.
