has any one read dynamic streangth and used the techniques. iv beeen trying them out and they seem to be alright ,i like the forearm finger curl thing especialy, but does anyone think that these exersises have any disadvantages to coventional weight training. i found that the had some advantages like there free almost impossible to sprain/ pull muscles . but i also found it is hard to tell if my muscles are working at the smae streanghth / level. any one read and tryde whats in this book then thanks

I own the book, and use a lot of what is in it. I was a slight bit disappointed with the results, but not a lot. I tend to use the exercises, especially the ones using the stick in place of a barbell, in conjunction with light freeweights.

If you are looking to build stable strength, it is a good workout IMO. If you are wanting to be cut like Wong, it'll take a while.

Have fun, and happy training!
