Kung Fu Elements: Wushu Training & Martial Arts Application Manual

I purchased this book recently on eBay and have found few good and informative reviews on it. Could anyone give me feedback on this particular book? Could anyone recommend any good books on Iron Sand Palm, Red Sand Palm, or just Wushu training in general? And are there are books devoted solely to older training methods (Usually Shaolin) for the body. Not with weights or anything, of course. Thanks.
