developing your ki:

Anybody here practise under the Ki Society organization? There're no Ki Society schools out here but am interested in the methods they use to develop ki. Can anyone here tell me what's in the Ki Society curriculum? Thanks.

I'm not affiliated with Ki Society, but no one in my organization specifically mentions "ki" building exercises.

However, let me suggest that all the basic ki building exercises are to be found in both the aiki-taiso exercises as well as kihon waza.
