Advising a new student

What advice would you give a new student?

I really dont have to say much the art tells all truths !

Train hard, pay attention to detail, and relax, give it some time.
Nobody gets good overnight.

Prior to joining any club, style or gym, make sure that you do your research, take the time to visit and train several palces before you decide.

Little effort up front can save alot of wasted time later.
