got any advice?

thanks in advance to those who may respond to this. i have recently started training in martail arts again after a ten year layoff. i was a blackbelt in aikido at the time. what would be the best, in your opinions, to regain that aptitude. i can still execute quite a bit but the names of certain techniques are greek to me. any advice would be helpful.

Contact senseilou, he is in your neighborhood. You can get his email from the profile box, he is all over this forum. I have never meet him in person but he has helped me via phone and i have a good friend that drives from SanDiego to take classes from him. He may be just what you are looking for.

Why don't you just go back to Aikido again? 10 years & a BB makes sense to me unless your due for a change? Flood control, sorry have to wait 3 million seconds!!!!!!!!
