I stumbled across these TKD instructional videos and I was impressed. At first I thought big deal, have your form narrated to you. But after I watched the Demo I got to thinking about it and grabbed the one for Sam Jang. I've just made Green Belt and this method dramatically shortened my learning curve.
I always had an issue reading the form from the manual while performing it. With this video I spent about 30 minutes before class one day and almost did the form correctly the first time in class. My master and I were both impressed.
I'm just a working guy and don't have a lot of spare time. This method got me up to speed really fast. For $2.50 a form I'll be going back for Sa Jang.
I've found them at three sites. http://6MinuteInstructor.com has both the latest Mac and Windows formats. They're also at http://Brightcove.com and http://video.aol.com but only in the older .wmv format. The Brightcove/AOL site also has the entire Il Jang video up there for free.
