Hi! I'm a college student looking to get into shape physically and mentally. I want to know if there's anyone out there who knows of a good Tae Kwon Do or Kung Fu schools in San Diego.
My goal is to get buff like a bodybuilder, and grow a few inches in height but still have flexibility. I'm 5'9" and 155-160 lbs. Does anyone have any advice on how I should train?
