Need Help

Hey guys, im fairly new to tae kwan do, i am currently a white belt, in arvada colorado, at impact karate, and im looking for anyone else in the area who would be up for some sparring, to help out. Also can anyone submit a guide on how to tie your belt, for the life of me i cant seem to tie it the way my sensai did. Thanks for all your time guys.

Just have your instructor or anyone else in your class show you step by step how to tie your belt correctly.
