I 2nd that notion
"Best of the Best" is the best TKD movie so far.
If you wanna see other TKD in movies watch Jet Li's "Kiss of the Dragon" the small Twin is TKD, the big Fu*ker looks to be A KickBoxer
and the other best scene for TKD is Jackie Chans "Who Am I" on the roof, that dood's TKD is sick.
The Ghosts twins in Matrix 2 were 2nd Dan TKD's.

Bloodsport II and III. Daniel Bernhardt is a TKD practitioner, and his teacher, GM Hee Il Cho, appears in both.
