Two Things...kata's (forms) and Tourneys

Hey I am somewhat new to this Board...I was wondering if any one here goes to tournaments in Idiana? If so reply.

Another thing i have been needing some help with the American Tae Kwon Do kata Pin An 4. I cant quite remember what to right before you do the knee smash to the face...

I am a regular to Indiana tournaments. Doing more ref'ing as of late, but I am usually at the major TKD events.
