im a brown belt. I got almost all the kicks down 100% but being a fat dude, my jump kicks really blow. Is there any exercises i can do to improve my jump hight and hang time

Stand on some sort of a ledge. Jump backwards off the ledge, and as soon as you land jump back up onto the ledge. Increase the ledge height as you get better.

You could also get a copy of the following book. (It not only demonstrates Jumping Kicks and common errors etc., but it also has various training regimes as well).
It is a good place to start.
