These kind of files are useful for displaying sequences of technique...like a flip-book. see some of oldman's cool bunkai examples.

Creating .gif files 101

1. create drawings/pictures/bmp/jpg whatever. but you need one and ONLY one picture per file...NOT 1 file having
multiple pics. (I had to split oldmans strips into separate files...I'll tell you how to do that if you need)

2. So now you have a bunch of files somewhere on your harddrive..let's say they are called f1.jpg, f2.jpg, f3.jpg

...etc. Each pic is a frame, and you can name the files in the order that you want them displayed (f1=frame 1, 2=frame 2, etc)

3. download this software:
http://www.softforall.com/Multimedia/Animation/Animated_GIF_Banner_Maker07010009_download.htm
click on 'Run'
and follow the install

(this is freeware, trial version - but it will give you a month or so of free use)

4. once you have the gif maker program up and running...
>select add files
>choose the files you want added
>put them in order (f1,f2,etc)
>set the delay in-between frames (properties)
>select create .gif

done.

good luck...have fun.
