help on how to update profile.....

please help me, the faq says to change my profile i go to the menubar and etc etc.....i cannot find a menubar with anything leading to something that will update my profile.....any help would be appreciated.....

Go to where it says 'My Home' near the top of the screen - next to Main Index, Search, Active Topics etc etc.
