I've only been into jujitsu since fall...but looks good to me. Seems to have some great credentials. I'm interested to hear what the more experienced practitioners around here think. Am I right?

It seems like an excellent school, but the lessons seem a bit on the pricey side. Still, if it is within your budget, I would recommend you try it.

His background is good, he should teach "old-school" judo if he learnt in Japan.

The Olympic credentials, while impressive, should be taken with a note of caution. Some schools teach sport judo only nowadays. This is, frankly, little more than olympic wrestling in my opinion. I have been to schools where they only teach sports judo, some don't even use the Japanese terminology anymore. I see no strong evidence of this on the website though.

Go along and check it out. Think about what you want out of judo, and ask them can they help you get there.

Let us know how you get on!
