how to use punching bag

i just baught a new punching bag but i dont know how to use it,could anybody teach me how?

Try punching it!!!!

To punch: curl up your fingers with your thumb on the outside. hit with index and middle knuckles.

As for a judo bag, they have full sized bags that look like people that are designed to help teach throwing techniques. I really want one but there big bucks, check em out at awma.com or centurymartialarts.com they should have them. Good luck!
