Basic Rist Lock?

Is there anyone who can tell me about how to go about doing just a small basic ristlock from one hand to another? I used to be in Judo a while ago but our dojo went out a business. But I still have a constant lust for martial arts, so I've been out of a dojo for a while now. If there's anyone who knows of a good dojo (reasonable price) around the Florida area (Deap sound south) then plz contact me reply.
