I have in the past taken propolis, which is what bees produce and is believed to have many beneficial properties, particularly for healing wounds. I acquired the propolis from a local bee keeper who was selling it at the market. I can't say I noticed any huge benefits and don't really take it anymore. I had a good dose last year and didn't suffer from any colds during the winter. However this year I've had three already but don't know whether the lack of propolis had anything to do with it.

Are you thinking of taking it? If so what for?

I read in a Judo book that it increases performace greatly, and has I study Judo and Bee Pollen is 100% natural, I may consider taking it some time in the future.

Its not like a drug where side-effects can/will occur,is it?
